After completing an exterior renovation for our clients a couple of years ago, they were up for a stunning main floor gut job that transformed their dated space into a modern oasis. They said goodbye to cramped rooms and hello to open concept living at its best.

Our client’s vision for this project was to create a seamless flow throughout the main floor, maximizing space, natural light and Lake Ontario views. By removing walls and reconfiguring the layout, we opened up the entire area, breathing new life into every corner.

At the heart of this transformation was the kitchen, now a sleek and stylish centerpiece. This pristine white kitchen with a full statement backsplash, is a chef’s dream come true. With ample counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, a large statement Island with seating and an incredible beverage station, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful.

The entire main floor has been outfitted with premium finishes and fixtures, from the hardwood floors to the custom cabinetry. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a space that’s both inviting and practical.
