Project Overview: After our client’s home was lost to a fire, we were grateful to step in and help guide him through the long insurance process. It took months to get to the starting line, but once we were there, we got to work rebuilding something truly special.

Now, when you walk through the front door, you’re met with a soaring vaulted ceiling in the great room and a stunning floor-to-ceiling double-sided fireplace that also opens up to the sunroom. The kitchen is clean and classic—white cabinetry, Café appliances, full-height backsplash, and gold hardware. The walk-in pantry adds both charm and function. The ensuite feels like a spa: a custom steam shower with a pebble stone floor, a curved soaker tub, and a quartz beverage shelf for the perfect wind-down spot. And the basement? Every man’s dream space—full golf simulator, a bar, and a cedar sauna all set up for serious downtime.

This wasn’t just a rebuild – it was a fresh start.
